Belt Grinder 50 × 900 mm with 1.1 kW 230 V Motor

Compact belt grinder 50 × 900 mm designed for hobby users, home workshops, and small workshops involved in metalworking, woodworking, and knife making. Thanks to its solid steel construction, efficient 1.1 kW single-phase motor, and precision-machined rollers, the machine provides stable and comfortable operation for everyday workshop applications.

The grinder is ideal for grinding, deburring, beveling, profiling, satin finishing, and finishing various components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, and plastics.

Solid Workshop Construction

The machine frame is made from 8 mm thick steel, while the work table is manufactured from 10 mm steel. All components are laser-cut, ensuring high manufacturing precision and accurate fitment of all parts.

The compact construction and machine weight of 32 kg provide good stability during operation and help reduce vibrations while grinding.

Precision Roller System

The grinder is equipped with steel rollers made from C45 steel and machined on CNC lathes. This solution guarantees high durability, wear resistance, and smooth abrasive belt operation.

The crowned tracking roller with a diameter of fi 50 mm ensures proper belt tracking and centering, while the fi 130 mm drive wheel provides good working dynamics and efficient material removal.

Adjustable Work Table

The grinder features an adjustable work table that allows the user to set the desired angle relative to the abrasive belt. This solution improves comfort and precision when beveling, edge grinding, and machining smaller components.
