We are currently having a problem with servicing customers who use @bluewin.ch e-mail
Emails to these customers are blocked by the bluewin portal

Due to the large number of orders in the pre-Christmas period, order processing times may be longer

We have information from customers that they do not receive emails or invoices.
If you have not received any information from us after 10 days of placing your order.
Please contact us because we believe that the invoice has reached the customer and it ends up in spam or simply does not reach the recipient
